This production line combines an automatic discharging ring-type vibrating grinder, an abrasive conveyor, a vibrating screening material distributor, and an electric control box to create an efficient automation system capable of automatic grinding, screening, abrasive transportation, and recycling. Vibration grinding production line offers the following advantages: small footprint, compact construction, low failure rate, high level of automation, ease of operation, and labor savings. It may be used for mass grinding of stamping parts, die-casting parts, machined parts, hardware and electronics, and other components and accessories, as well as polishing processing operations. The ring-type vibration grinder in this production line has a ring-type grinding groove design, with the center point serving as the intake for the abrasive and parts; after one week of vibrating and grinding in the grinding groove, the parts flow out of the outlet together with the abrasive. The vibrating screening distributor sends screened and separated abrasives and workpieces to the upper and lower outlets, respectively. The lower outlet connects to the entrance of the abrasive conveyor, and the screened abrasive is returned to the vibrating grinding tank via the conveyor for recycling.
