Within the permissible range of forward and backward movement of the crossbeam and the permissible range of the height of the gantry opening space, this machine tool is able to carry out high-speed roughing and finishing machining of all kinds of medium- and large-sized complex moulds, parts, etc., and meets the usual drilling, milling, reaming, boring, tapping, internal, external, step, taper, spherical, groove, 2D and 3D complex surface machining, and has a wide range of application fields.
Load capacity up to 15t, stroke X1/X2: 1600/2100mm, Y/Z: 2500 x 800mm;
Gantry feed width up to 1600mm;
Rapid traverse speed up to 15m/min, high efficiency in finishing;
Precision synchronous dual drive technology, good servo characteristics, high surface roughness and high contour accuracy;
System: Siemens 828D, Fanuc0i MF plus as standard, Siemens 840Dsl as optional.
