Product Description

This is fixed column and travelling worktable structure. Suitable for cubic, flat, disc, shell and valve type workpiece. The machine is very rigid structure and designed for milling, drilling, boring, reaming and countersinking. Equipped with CNC rotary table, 4 axes / 5 axes work piece of more complicated structure could be processed.


Machine Feature:

1.High rigidity The body and main structure of the machine are cast in grey cast iron with good rigidity and shock absorption. Bedstead internal arrangement reinforced tendons, bedstead structure thick.
2.High stability The horizontal sliding table and working table are cast in gray cast iron. The transverse sliding table adopts the structure design of large span, which effectively increases the stability of the machine tool.
3.High shock resistance The column adopts herringbone structure, and the bottom is fixed on the bed through scraping and grinding. The inside of the column is reinforced with "meter" character bar, which has good rigidity and earthquake resistance. The bottom is designed as "A" type structure, which can effectively increase the rigidity of the column and reduce the forward tilt caused by the spindle box.
4.High dynamic response Ac servo motor is adopted for the three axes, and the non-gear gap elastic coupling is directly connected with the lead screw to drive the ball lead screw to rotate directly, so as to realize reciprocating movement of each axis and fast dynamic response.
5.High precision spindle Imported high speed spindle unit, low temperature rise, low thermal deformation and high machining precision. Optional automatic thermostatic circulating oil cooling system.
6.Imported screw, guide rail, bearing High precision lead screw, long life bearing, heavy cutting, high speed cutting guide.
7.Tool Changer Imported brand tool changer, stable running.
