General Description

• The 5-Axis Gantry Milling Center with double pendulum head is the solution for large size parts with complex shapes and tight tolerances, offering the highest contour accuracy.
• This machine is a cross beam moving type (bridge type) five-axis simultaneous gantry machining center with fixed worktable, which is especially suitable for the machining of extra large and heavy workpieces.
• The movement of the crossbeam adopts the international advanced dual-drive synchronization technology, which realizes the center of gravity drive for the large span moving parts and makes the movement smooth and accurate positioning.

Highlights

Worktable

• Fixed worktable, after FEA precision structural analysis and optimization, theoretically it obtains unlimited load capacity, and the weight of processed parts has no impact on machining accuracy.
• Spiral chip removal slots are equipped on both sides of the bed, providing different chip removal speeds according to customer needs. The spiral can quickly remove chips.
• It is also treated twice by aging, which can eliminate the internal stress of the casting crystalline organization and make the accuracy stable after processing and have long-term accuracy retention.
  

Excellent gantry axis structure (X-axis)

• The guide rail seat is a box shaped structure with spacer bars. The guide rail seat castings are made of high-quality resin sand molding and cast;
• The X-axis adopts a 55 gauge heavy-duty roller type linear guide rail, with two on each side and a total of four.
• The transmission system adopts the most advanced international synchronous transmission structure, with a total of 4 servo motors+planetary gearbox+grinding gear combination transmission for 2 synchronous shafts with very high synchronization accuracy, providing sufficient rigidity and accurate accuracy.
  

Box-in-box beam

The beam adopts the box-in-box structure, and the guide structure formed by the four linear guides on T-shaped distribution, which can both meet the needs of fast and accurate movement, and can provide sufficient rigidity and greatly reduce the overturning due to the influence of inertia when changing direction quickly.

Crossbeam slide and ram spindle

• Four 55mm roller type linear guideways distributed in four directions, with excellent rigidity and stability.
• Double screw and double motor drive, which effectively improves the inertia and torque of Z-direction sliding table movement.
• The Z-axis rail adopts a four-way distribution to effectively improve the resistance to cutting torque.
• The Z-axis ram and crossbeam slide board are designed with a hugging structure, effectively improving the rigidity and stability of both sides. At the same time, the closed-loop chain size is made by special splicing technology and precision scraping, with high precision and good stability;
  

Spindle

The spindle adopts Italian origin HSD model, which A/C head model, electric spindle with high stability and rigidity.

Pneumatic & lubrication system
