The GS2215 adopts gantry structure and is cast by high-quality Mihanna cast iron. The internal dragon skeleton is strengthened. All cast iron has been annealed, with high stability and long-term use without deformation. Due to his heavy structure, rigid spindle and high main motor power, this machine can be used for engraving, but also milling. Sealed outer cover, double - sided doors open to facilitate product processing. Machine Feature

High rigid structure design

The main parts like Machine base, Beam and Column are made of advanced "Meehanite cast iron". After the ageing treatment, it eliminates the internal stresses effectively thus ensuring the accuracy of machine tools with better properties.
Rigid guide rails mounting design on front and top side ensures that the headstock is rigidly mounted on beams.

Screw & Guide rail
Three axis ball screw and linear guide adopt the automatic lubrication device.
Three axes with precision ball screw.
Three axes adopt 4-6 sliding block design, ensure the movement precision and stability of the machine tool, prolong the service life of the machine tool. Three axes adopt type roller linear guide the design to ensure the accuracy of machine tool motion at the same time, make the machine more rigid.

Special spindle headstock design
Special head design make the Z axis movement is more stable. Lightweight design makes the horizontal and vertical move faster, achieve the goal of quick response.

High performance electro-spindle
