The machine tool can realize fully automatic control of the processes of automatic workpiece loading and clamping, automatic tool setting, automatic grinding and automatic dressing. The direct-drive spindle with a new structure can effectively improve the torsional rigidity and motion smoothness of the spindle. The maximum speed of the grinding wheel spindle is 12,000 rpm, and the maximum speed of the workpiece spindle is 3,000 rpm. The double-workpiece spindle can effectively reduce auxiliary time and improve grinding efficiency. The intelligent software integrates the latest technologies of various gear grinding, and can realize special functions such as phase control of double-connected gears, tooth surface torsion control, single-side dressing, point dressing, network pattern grinding, and mirror surface grinding. The grinding precision can reach level 3/GB/T10095, and the tooth profile shape error ffa ≤ 0.0015.
