The structure of this series of automatic straightening machine can be divided into two types: C-type and door-type. The door-type straightening machine adopts the closed cabinet frame structure, which is characterised by well-proportioned appearance, compact structure and good rigidity of the machine. The cylinder moving speed is fast and the straightening efficiency is high, and the cylinder moving inertia is small. It is suitable for automatic loading and unloading assembly line operation.
 

The automatic straightening process to take two forms, single-piece loading; assembly line automatic loading type, the operator only needs to press the "automatic start" button switch to work on the bending measurement straightening point positioning, pressurised straightening and qualified judgement and other actions are all automatically completed by the straightening machine. Its function to take intelligent analysis of the machine's main units: hydraulic control system, pneumatic control system, workpiece diameter jump detection unit, programmable control centre and computer processing system.
