Product Description

This machine is a beam moving high speed machine with no movement of the table. The movement of the cross beam uses internationally advanced double drive synchronisation technology to achieve a centre of gravity drive for large span moving parts, resulting in smooth movement and precise positioning.

The machine has a wide range of applications. Combining the characteristics of heavy machine tool processing and the requirements of modern high precision and high efficiency processing, the machine integrates machine, electric and hydraulic integration technology and the new technology of modern machine tool development, allowing rough and finish machining. Roughing has the same capacity as a general table-moving gantry machining centre for efficient continuous machining; finishing enables the workpiece to obtain even better surface finish quality and accuracy, and the machining speed is faster than that of a table-moving machining centre, resulting in significantly higher efficiency.
