iMT-H series is a non-orthogonal rotor five-axis linked milling and turning composite; the workpiece rotor can be vertically converted and supports high-speed rotation, which can realize lean processing such as complex surface milling and turning.

 

Machine Features

Bed: Made of HT300A high-strength dense-baked casting, with an integrally cast bed

Tool Spindle: High-precision HSK milling-turning electric spindle with a maximum speed of 24000rpm and a maximum torque of 340Nm; an optional locking mechanism is available, and it can have turning functions

Non-orthogonal B & C-axis Rotary Table: High-speed direct-drive torque rotary table. With the cooperation of B and C axes, the worktable can switch between vertical and horizontal positions. It can not only meet the requirements of complex surface milling but also perform high-speed turning
