Machine Introduction

The product as a whole adopts a vertical layout and an inverted structure, with six-axis numerical control. Both the tool spindle and the workpiece spindle are directly driven by built-in spindle motors. Below the processing area is a chip removal device. The processed iron chips directly fall into the chip removal groove to take away the processing heat, and the processing heat has little impact on the thermal deformation of the machine tool. The workpiece spindle uses a hydraulic clamp to clamp the workpiece. At the same time, the workpiece spindle can directly discharge and pick up materials from the material tray by using the cross rail structure to realize the automatic loading and unloading function.
