- The XKS1503 CNC worm grinding machine features an automatic swing spiral angle A axis and a solid axis for wheel rotation. This allows for automatic adjustment of the grinding spiral angle, allowing for complete grinding of the worm tooth surface, including feed, grinding, cutting, correction, and spindle swing.
- The CNC grinding machine has a T-shaped casting bed and linear guide rail, resulting in excellent accuracy, good retention, shock resistance, ease of operation, maintenance, and dependable cooling.
- The grinding machine's X and Z axes are perpendicular and employs Heidehain grating for position feedback. The X axis length includes an A-axis column and deflection table to automatically manage spiral angle.
- The electric spindle motor directly drives the workpiece spindle, while the Heidehan circular encoder provides high-precision position feedback. The grinding wheel and diamond roller spindles are electric, powered by a built-in motor and cooled by a water cooler for steady and precise operation.
- Use the double-top chicken chuck clamping technique for machine tools.
- The equipment is entirely enclosed and automatically absorbs oil mist to maintain a clean working environment.
- A magnetic separator filters the grinding fluid, ensuring machine tool precision.
