An integrated machine specially designed for the machining of ratchet wrenches. It integrates all processes such as milling (flat/circular arc), drilling, counterboring and tapping, enabling the completion of all machining operations in a single clamping.
 
Adopting the Taiwan SYNTEC 22TB CNC system, a 18.5kW high-power spindle and imported bearings from Japan, it ensures machining accuracy and stability. The machine structure is designed based on the Japanese Takizawa model, and the castings are made of HT250 material with excellent vibration resistance.
