General Description

VMC855 cnc milling machine vertical machining center
The vertical machining center is mainly used to process parts with high precision, many processes and complex shapes such as plates, disc parts, shell parts, molds, etc. It can continuously complete milling, drilling, expanding, reaming, boring, Tapping, two-dimensional and three-dimensional curved surfaces, and precise machining of inclined planes, the processing is programmed, and the production cycle is shortened, so that users can obtain good economic benefits.

VMC855 vertical machining center is one of the products with independent intellectual property rights developed by our company. The machine tool adopts mechatronics structure, and uses 3D design software (Solidworks) and finite element analysis software (Ansys) for optimal design, which makes the machine tool structure design more reasonable, and the rigidity, accuracy retention and reliability of the machine tool approach perfect.
