This CNC slotting machine is a new-generation product developed by our factory based on mature design and manufacturing expertise in conventional slotting machines, offering a higher level of automation.
It is suitable for slotting keyways in small-to-medium-sized parts and enables automatic machining of circumferentially arrayed keyways through programming, significantly improving machining efficiency.
This machine is designed for slotting keyways in small-to-medium-sized workpieces.
The main cutting motion converts the rotary motion of gears into linear motion via a crank-slider mechanism. Equipped with a four-speed gearbox, it ensures smooth transmission, minimal overtravel, flexible start/stop operations, and energy efficiency.
The machine adopts a KND CNC system and AC feed servo drive units for reliable performance.
The machine offers two configurations:
Two-axis CNC control (longitudinal axis and rotary axis) with manual transverse axis adjustment.
Three-axis CNC control (longitudinal, transverse, and rotary axes).
Both versions feature dovetail guideways to ensure robust rigidity and long-term precision retention.
All CNC-controlled axes utilize AC feed servo motors directly connected to ball screws, with encoder feedback for indirect measurement.
