Machine Introduction

This machine tool is used for slotting the planes, formed surfaces (including arc surfaces) and keyways of various parts, and can slot workpieces such as molds with an inclination within the range of 0~11°. It is suitable for single-piece or small-batch production.

The worktable of the machine tool has three different feeding directions (longitudinal, transverse and rotary), so the workpiece can be continuously processed on several surfaces on the machine tool after being clamped once.

The machine tool is equipped with a hydraulic transmission mechanism for the reciprocating movement of the ram and a hydraulic feeding device for the worktable. The speed of the ram remains unchanged during each stroke, and both the movement speed of the ram and the movement of the worktable can be steplessly adjusted. The hydraulic console is equipped with a reversing mechanism for supplying oil to the ram during reversing. In addition to hydraulic and manual feeding, the worktable also has rapid movement in the longitudinal, transverse and rotary directions driven by a separate motor. The slotting machine with hydraulic feeding feeds instantaneously when the work is completed and returns, so it is superior to the drum feeding used in mechanical slotting machines.

The BYW5032 hydraulic slotting machine is designed by transplanting and improving on the BY5032E hydraulic slotting machine produced by our factory. In addition to having all the processing performance of ordinary slotting machines, by simply adjusting the ram and the carriage to rotate left and right within the rotating supporting groove by 0~15°, it can slot some special workpieces, thus further expanding the processing range of the slotting machine. For example, it can slot internal cones, external cones, internal cone helical teeth, and external cone helical teeth, thereby meeting the processing requirements of some special technological parts and components.
