It is useful for dehydrating and drying a variety of metal parts after grinding, oil cleaning, or soaking in anti-rust solution. It is an essential machine for drying in different electroplating and grinding processing industries.

Dehydration and drying are performed concurrently, without the emergence of water stains or stains, preventing oxidation or rust of the workpiece and improving the gloss and quality of the completed product. The dehydration tank is constructed of stainless steel, which is both sturdy and durable. The inner basket may be elevated to make it easier to load and unload the workpiece. It comes packed with The foot-operated brake increases safety by using an autonomously regulated power supply. When dehydration and drying are finished and the aluminum cover is opened, the power supply is automatically turned off. The machine has a cast iron foundation with a steady center of gravity.
1.Dehydration and drying are done concurrently to avoid water spots and corrosion on the workpiece.
2.The dewatering tank is constructed of stainless steel, which is both sturdy and lasting. The inside basket may be taken out for easier labor installation and removal.
3.Install a foot-operated brake to increase safety during use.
4.Using an autonomously regulated power system, the power supply is turned off when the dehydration and drying process is complete or the aluminum cover is opened. (Temperature, time, and other functions are optional.)
