Machine Applications

CNC cylindrical grinding machines are widely used.

Product Structure

Every cylindrical grinder is a perfect embodiment of craftsmanship.

Structural design is the foundation. The overall structural design is repeatedly simulated using 3D and analyzed through advanced finite element simulation. The outstanding structural design endows the machine with sufficient rigidity and reduces the impact of factors such as vibration and deformation on the machine to an extremely low level.

Double-V tracks, one-V and one-flat tracks, hydrostatic tracks, and roller linear guides are used in different machine models to maximize their respective performance.

The C1-class precision ball screw is connected to the servo motor through an elastic coupling with excellent torsional resistance. Coupled with the patented upper oil supply system, the feed accuracy is guaranteed to reach 0.001mm.

Multiple configurations of grinding wheel headstocks. Each grinding wheel headstock can be designed for straight-in or inclined-in grinding.

The headstock can be equipped with a manual or direct-drive automatic turntable.

Hydrostatic spindles, bearing spindles, and high-speed motorized spindles are configured according to grinding requirements, and all can be equipped with an automatic wheel balancing device.

Workpiece headstock

The workpiece headstock is designed in two types: synchronous and centering. The centering headstock can support the workpiece for grinding between two centers. The synchronous headstock can perform grinding with a chuck or on a live spindle, and can also be used for grinding with two - center support.

The hydrostatic headstock can greatly increase the clamping weight during chuck - grinding of the headstock and simultaneously achieve high - precision roundness in chuck - grinding.

Workpiece tailstock
