The appearance of this machine tool has expanded the scope of the planing process. By using the interpolation method, specific programs are written into the solidified chip. It can machine some special profiles and formula curved surfaces of irregular workpieces that are difficult to machine on machining centers and numerically controlled milling machines, such as the curved surface of the mold used in steel plants and the curved surface of the impeller of a blower, etc.
