Machine Introduction

General Description

• The machine tool is a gantry mobile machine tool with a fixed table structure;
• GMI series are compact structure, which worktable and machine base are of one-piece;
• it is mainly composed of mainframe, column, beam, beam slide block, ram, chip removal device, lubrication system, cooling system, electrical control cabinet and CNC system, etc.
• Rigidity Portal structure suitable for heavy cutting for fast roughing of hard materials.

Highlights

Worktable

• The table is of integral structure and does not move during the machining of the machine.
• It is made of resin sand moulding casting and is twice aged to eliminate internal stress.
• Table length 2000mm, width 1000mm, box structure table with internal reinforcement, and with T-slot slot width 22m on table top surface.
  

Columns & beams

The X-axis has 2 large-size line rails on each side and 1 rectangular hard rail under the column, which effectively suppresses the overturning moment when the gantry is accelerated and decelerated, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the machine when running at high speed.

 

Z axis & Ram

• Z-axis adopts 420*390 composite guide square ram
• Both sides of the roller line rail + front and rear hard rail form;
• Using linear guide instead of traditional inserts to greatly improve the guidance accuracy, while retaining the rigidity of the square ram,
• especially suitable for large cutting volume and difficult to machine materials
  

Spindle

• The spindle adopts imported integral high-precision spindle to ensure the smoothness of high speed rotation and high finish machining;
• it is driven by belt method and the maximum speed can reach 6000rpm.
• The spindle motor Standard configure the Fanuc β series 15kw/143Nm, with a maximum torque of 236Nm.
  

Pneumatic & lubrication system

• SMC pneumatic components with reliable quality and easy installation and adjustment;
• The lubricating oil circuit is carefully designed, and the automatic lubrication system checks the lubricating oil during machine operation and applies oil to the guide rail and ball screw.
• All key components can be lubricated with the correct amount of lubricating oil. Our automatic lubrication system not only saves time, but also reduces maintenance troubles, ensuring that the machine tool runs smoothly all year round.

Stable protective system.
