Machine Features
The worktable uses a marble base as raw material. The material has a uniform organizational structure, high strength, strong wear resistnt grance, shock absorption, and extremely small thermal expansion deformation. It can effectively suppress natural vibrations and achieve excelleinding accuracy.
Standard configuration of a 10-inch CNC liquid crystal display (LCD) with a human-machine dialog(dialogue-type) operation interface, making the machine suitable for various grinding operations. It can also be customized according to customer needs for the operation mode interface and processing parameter settings.
The XY positioning axes adopt a high-precision grating ruler to form a full closed-loop control system, equipped with a linear motor with extremely small repeat error for precise positioning, achieving micron-level machining accuracy and a micron-level compensation function for wheel correction.
