The CNC Spiral Groove Milling Machine, developed by Sunrise Mechatronic Technology Co., Ltd., offers a range of advantages that cater to the reading habits of English-speaking natives. With high rigidity and a 45° integral casting multi rib inclined bed structure made of HT300 material, this machine tool ensures better cross-sectional shape, larger cross-sectional area, and high rigidity, providing strong anti-vibration and deformation abilities. Featuring a high-precision lead screw as the center centering element of the v-clamp, the machine tool offers accurate centering and excellent stability. The inclusion of special screw CAM programming software with independent intellectual property rights allows for automatic compilation of the machine tool processing program using the space envelope theory. This software is easy to operate and provides high precision. Additionally, the software allows for manual changes to data points, facilitating the development of new products.
