This machine tool is a crossbeam mobile (bridge type) gantry machining center, with a worktable that does not move, especially suitable for the machining of extra large and heavy workpieces.

It mainly consists of a bed, crossbeam, crossbeam slide, slider, chip removal device, lubrication system, cooling system, electrical control cabinet, and CNC system;

Machine bed (including worktable), left and right guide rail seats, crossbeam, Z-direction slide table, etc.: Made of high-quality resin sand cast iron, subjected to secondary aging treatment of thermal aging and vibration aging, scientifically and accurately removes stress.

The structure is optimized using finite element analysis method to achieve maximum rigidity and best stability, especially with the use of arch bridge structure for the crossbeam, which effectively suppresses sagging.

It is particularly suitable for high-precision and high smoothness machining of molds and high-speed machining of non-ferrous metals.

Worktable

The worktable is modular and convenient design of a separate structure. After FEA precision structural analysis, the working weight is not limited, and the weight of the processed parts does not affect machining accuracy;

The total length of the CMS4030 machine tool worktable is 4000mm and the width is 2600mm.

The T-slot of the workbench is arranged horizontally for easy workpiece clamping and workbench cleaning. The width of the T-slot is 28mm, and the bed body is designed with an integral splicing end face, which can be infinitely spliced and extended according to customer requirements.

The guide rail seat and worktable are separated, and the enclosed height can be freely adjusted.
Crossbeam
The high rigidity gantry crossbeam adopts cylindrical internal reinforcement and undergoes FEA precision structural analysis to ensure stable load-bearing operation.
On the crossbeam, a rectangular guide rail is added on the basis of the original two linear guides installed perpendicular to each other, which extends the cutting resistance torque and bearing area, greatly increasing the cutting resistance and effectively overcoming the common weakness of gantry machine tools and large vertical cutting point cantilevers being too long.
Crossbeam slide and ram

The shape of the crossbeam slides is in the shape of a "7". There are six sliding blocks connected to the guide rails between the crossbeam sliding plate and the crossbeam. The guide rails are vertically distributed with 35mm and 55mm line rails and supported by one auxiliary rectangular guide rail.

The guide rail between the crossbeam slider and the ram adopts four 45mm roller guides, which have excellent rigidity and stability. Ensure high cutting volume, fast speed, high precision, and super rigidity, especially suitable for processing large quantities of products and high-precision molds.

The vertical movement of the slider is equipped with a non energy consuming pneumatic-hydraulic counter balance device to eliminate the stretching deformation of the ball screw caused by the weight of the slider, ensuring the accuracy of the feed displacement. The hydraulic balance device is equipped with an oil filling and pressure maintaining system to achieve automatic monitoring and oil replenishment. It can ensure long-term stability of balanced pressure, and its energy reserve is achieved by an accumulator.
Guide rail seat

The left and right guide rail seats each adopt the internationally advanced synchronous transmission structure of two linear guide rails and gear teeth, with very high synchronization accuracy. No matter which side the spindle cuts on, it can provide sufficient rigidity and accurate precision.

The guide rail seat is a box shaped structure with partition bars. The rail seat castings are made of resin sand casting. After two aging treatments, the internal stress of the cast crystalline structure can be eliminated, resulting in stable machining accuracy and long-term precision retention.
Spindle

Adopting the German INNA high-precision high-speed electric spindle, which has high dynamic balance, high precision, and strong stability, ensuring smooth high-speed rotation and high smoothness processing.

The spindle can be equipped with center water through function(CTS).
Pneumatic & lubrication system

The lubricating oil circuit is carefully designed, and the automatic lubrication system checks the lubricating oil during machine operation and applies oil to the guide rail and ball screw.
