General Description

HMC Series Horizontal Machining Center is characterized by a horizontally oriented spindle that holds cutting tools, enabling the machining of workpieces from different angles.
Bed structure introduction
 
Classic column moving structure, the overall base is rigid enough, oil-water separation structure.
The side layout of the manipulator tool magazine is isolated and protected, and the tool change is fast and reliable.
The X-direction guide cover has a large inclination angle, double-sided spiral + chain rear chip removal, and the chip removal is smoother.
Three-axis heavy-duty roller linear guide, good acceleration performance, suitable for high-efficiency processing.
Spindle configuration with high rigidity, wide-area high-torque spindle motor, strong re-cutting capability.
Full-featured, flexible configuration, convenient expansion, to meet different customer requirements.

Adopt the internationally popular inverted T-shaped moving column overall bed structure, which has the advantages of high rigidity, good stability, and easy protection.
 
The main castings are made of high-grade high-quality cast iron, resin sand molding, and secondary aging treatment after rough machining to ensure the stability of precision.
 
Fully enclosed protection design, double-sided spiral chip removal structure, equipped with large-capacity cutting fluid tank and convenient machine cleaning air gun, optional chain plate type chip removal lifting device and chip storage car.
 
Standard BT50 ring-sprayed spindle, equipped with an air curtain protection device, completely avoids the penetration of cutting fluid and dust; the spindle sleeve is cooled by circulating oil to ensure the accuracy of the spindle and prolong its service life.
 
Fast and reliable cam manipulator tool changing mechanism, with 30 standard configurations and 40 chain tool magazines can be selected.

The oil-water separation structure design of the machine tool is equipped with a centralized lubricating oil recovery system to save oil and protect the environment.
 
The three-axis ball screw is pre-stretched with double supports to optimize the transmission rigidity and reduce thermal deformation.
 
Adopt the latest FANUC wide-area high-torque spindle servo motor, cooperate with high-torque synchronous toothed belt drive (direct connection structure between motor and spindle can be selected), a variety of main shaft configuration (belt drive, direct-coupled spindle, ZF gearbox) options are available to meet the processing requirements of different materials.
 
The three-axis feed drive adopts imported heavy-duty roller linear guide rails, and the preload is V3 level, with high load capacity and stable precision.
 
1 The rotary table adopts high-precision end gear positioning, which can provide 1°×360 bidirectional positioning turntable with high indexing and positioning accuracy.
