PH-100 CNC whirling machine produced by our company is the fourth generation spiral groove CNC milling machine designed and produced by our company in combination with many years of experience in complex special-shaped surface processing, in line with the market and development needs. It is mainly used used in processing the down-hole drill motor's rotator and stator core multiple-thread spiral flute.

1.High rigidity overall inclined bed
The 45 °integral casting multi rib inclined bed structure is adopted, and the bed material is HT300. VI.Acceptance inspection
Supplier notices demanding party go to supplier's place and take the machine tool's acceptance test in the 30 days before machine tool finished. Demanding party takes the machine tool's acceptance test according to the content of technological document on the place of supplier after machine tool finished. Supplier provides cutters which are used in the machine tool's acceptance. It mainly inspect machine tool's installation, accuracy etc. It can do cutting test and cut samples under the premise of machine tool's each technical targets qualified (Buyer provides drawings.Supplier provides Bar material ),The surface finish is not less than Ra3.2, and the profile error is less than ± 0.05 mm is regarded as qualified acceptance. Representatives from both sides sign the acceptance document in 3 days after cutting finished and it is regarded as the work of acceptance have completed. Supplier has the duty to train the demanding party's operator about machine tool's maintaining, programming, operating etc in 7 days.
Demanding party install the machine tool to upside of foundation and secondary cement grouting the ground bolt after the machine tool shipped to the demanding party's place. Supplier's people assemble and debug some parts of machine tool in demanding party's place. Representatives from both sides sign the acceptance document in 3 days after debugging finished. The machine tool has one year warranty from the day of machine tool shakedown. The cost is included in the quotation of the machine tool.During commissioning and warranty period, the buyer shall be responsible for transportation, food and accommodation expenses
