Bed
The bed body is cast as a whole, with front and back layout, and the bed body is arranged with flushing pipelines. The oil return layout is reasonable, and it has good vibration resistance and thermal stability.
Using low stress, high strength cast iron, with high overall stiffness and surface wear resistance and seismic capacity, and after reasonable aging treatment, the contact surface of the guide rail adopts manual scraping process.

Workbench
The longitudinal movement of the workbench is directly driven by an AC servo motor through a pre-loaded high-precision imported ball spindle. The motion guide rail is a flat and V guide rail with a roller frame for movement. Both ends are equipped with organ protective covers.
Headstock
The head frame is directly driven by an internal torque motor to achieve stepless speed change for workpiece grinding and ensure constant torque output within the speed range. The support of the spindle system adopts the form of front and rear rolling bearings.
The head frame is equipped with a high-precision angle encoder to achieve full closed-loop control.

Tailstock
The shell is divided into two layers for micro-adjustment of the center connection between the head and tail frames.
The top sleeve of the tailstock is an equilateral Mitsubishi column with a special-shaped surface, which is installed in the tailstock shell. The sleeve is stretched and contracted by spring preloading and rotating the handle, and moves with a fixed top.
The tailstock is equipped with a high-precision length gauge to monitor the thermal elongation of the workpiece in real time; equipped with an air flotation device to facilitate the movement of the tailstock.
